He is retired with more than 30 years experience in the Further and Higher Education sector in the United Kingdom, David Barton spent 10 years as International Education Manager of a leading college. He knows the needs of Indian students well; he was responsible for the recruitment and support of over 300 Indian students on postgraduate programmes in the UK.
